Employees from all areas of Penn State Health can sign up now to offer feedback on important items that affect employee and patient satisfaction.
The Penn State Health Employee Forum is open to the first 1,000 registrants. It’s an online platform designed to help gather improvement ideas; enhance communication among staff, providers and patients; and provide insight into new programs.
The Forum will allow for polling of the entire group or specific members of the group, such as all physicians or nurses, to gather quick feedback that will help improve the organization.
Signing up is easy. Just click here and complete a brief questionnaire.
Once registered, forum participants will receive quick and easy-to-complete surveys (no more than two per quarter) about programs, changes and staff communication. Individual answers will remain confidential. All survey results will be blinded and grouped by category (such as percentage of “yes” or “no” answers) before they’re shared with Forum members and senior management.
Participation of employees from all departments will help ensure the most valuable and actionable survey results. The more diverse our Employee Forum community is in terms of job roles and functions, the more realistic picture it will offer of the entire workforce.
