Harrell Health Sciences Library was recently recognized by the Group on Women in Medicine and Science (GWIMS) at the inagural Women of Penn State College of Medicine Summit for its partnership in advancing women in medicine.
The Harrell Library has partnered with GWIMS in the creation of its logo and a special book collection that highlights issues women face in the professional workplace, including those specific to women in medicine and science.
