Hershey Medical Center, Penn State Health Medical Group, Hershey-based Shared Services employees and their housemates who are exposed to COVID-19 or show symptoms now can notify Employee Health of their need to obtain a test using this online form.

If they do not have access to the form, they can contact Employee Health at 717-531-4208 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. They can leave a message and a nurse will return the call the next day (or by Monday if they leave the message late Friday or during the weekend).

After completing the form, access the Penn State Health OnDemand App: Employee Coronavirus Screening for Employees and Housemates Module, to obtain registration and a test order. Employees must enter a Service Key “PSHECS” to access the correct Employee Screening App once they are on the OnDemand App.

Hours of Operation for the OnDemand module are Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 5 to 9 p.m.

Upcoming Holiday Hours:

  • Critical employee/housemate App open 5 to 9 p.m. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
  • App closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day

Employees must report the test results to Employee Health by calling 717-531-4208.

Managers should make sure their teams are aware of this process and the online, intend-to-test form.

St. Joseph Medical Center and Holy Spirit Medical Center employees should continue to call their Employee Health offices for guidance on testing or visit the COVID-19 Resources.
