College of Medicine leaders updated faculty, staff and students on Oct. 2 about the ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic:
We applaud your efforts
On behalf of the College of Medicine, we want to applaud your efforts during this uncharted time. We know you have had to navigate a new, virtual world, change the way you normally have done things and modify your work to maintain social distancing and keep your colleagues safe. For that, we thank you. The number of COVID-positive cases has remained low among our faculty, staff and students. This is all because of you. We thank you for your dedication to our missions, and we ask you to look after your own mental and physical health during this pandemic.
